With H-STONE treatment, a digital house passport and ongoing care, our work does not end at handover. The H-STONE impregnation comes with a 10-year warranty. The warranty applies provided a technical inspection takes place at least once every 24 months – free of charge in the SENTINEL START plan. Warranty terms (in Czech). How we work
From enquiry to certificate. Six steps.

Remote measurement
We calculate the areas from maps and photographs, then call with the price and explain the process.

Confirm the date
You receive the offer by email with a fixed price; no deposit up to CZK 100,000. We confirm again the day before.
04
We do the work
Cleaning, biocide and H-STONE impregnation without scaffolding and without needing to enter the house. Every stage is photographed.
05
Handover and documentation
Before-and-after photos, a handover report, certificate and digital house passport.

The condition of the protection remains recorded in the house passport.
Without protection
What time does to a facade.
- 0–12 monthsAn invisible start
Algae and mould spores settle in the pores of the render. The surface still looks clean, but it holds moisture for longer.
- 2–4 yearsGreen patches
Algae form visible stains and streaks — first on the north side, in the shade and under window sills. The facade dries more and more slowly.
- 5 years or moreThe surface suffers
Moisture in the render stresses the surface in frost. Cleaning becomes harder, and a renovation may be needed instead of routine care.
With H-STONE impregnation, water beads on the surface and runs off. Moss and algae then have nothing to live on.
